iPhone 7/Plus accidental facetime phone call to EX

My phone just accidentally face-timed my ex. I could not stop it for there was no hang-up option. I had to point it to the ceiling just in case he answered. (he didnt) Why did this happen? He is no where near the top of my call list for I have not called or texted him in months. Is there any chance this did not really happen and it will not list in his feed? omg

Seriously though, I doubt this is a big deal. If you accidentally called or facetimed your ex, so what? Don't worry about it.

When I FaceTimed my S/o there was a red “x” button that I could use to hang up. However FaceTime is nearly instant and I wish there was a slight delay window in which one could cancel.

If he's the type of person who would make a big deal out of a butt dial on face time you're lucky you got away . Don't sweat the small things in life - there are big things that come along. Postpone stressing and being upset until you absolutely have something worth being rattled by.

That's very weird. Are you on iOS 12? Regardless, iOS11 should have had a red X too. I've have accidentally FaceTimed with a few people (not quite as bad as an Ex though) and have always been able to cancel. Test it with a friend to see if you get the X this time. Anyway, yes, you'll show up as a missed call. Can you blame it on the baby? lol
