Accidentally deleted a necessary file...

I was fixing my widgets and i think I deleted the file that enables me to create my own widgets. The icon is still on the Safari toolbar, but when I click ADD it does not show up on the dashboard.

Do I have to do a full reinstall of Leopard or is there a quick way to fix this?
