accidentally deleted DesktopScreenEffectsPref.prefPane

I accidentally deleted the DesktopScreenEffectsPref.prefPane and I can't get it back without reinstalling Mac OS X. I already tried repairing permissions, and all that stuff. The file is gone (for sure). Can anyone help me? Im using Mac OS X 10.4.11

If you have a time machine backup, you could restore DesktopScreenEffectsPref.prefPane from there. Otherwise, you can download a app named Pacifist which will allow you to extract DesktopScreenEffectsPref.prefPane from your install DVD. Pacifist is located at http://www.charlessoft.com/
