Accidentally deleted playlist in iTunes -- still on iPhone

Hi all,

I recently accidentally deleted my most frequently used playlist on iTunes (not a Smart Playlist) on my Mac. However, the playlist still exists on my iPhone because I have yet to sync to prevent it from erasing the playlist entirely. Is there any way for me to transfer the playlist back to my iTunes? I have iCloud enabled, if that helps at all.

You're going to have to re-create your playlist.
