Accidentally deleted TextEdit!

can someone please help me. i must have deleted textedit - can't seem to find it. and i have no clue where my original disc that came with my iMac is

im running 10.5.8 btw

try finder or spotlight, have you got time machine or any other external backup.?

I would up my copy for you but I'm on 10.6.3 and I'm sure the versions are different.

Find your disc and then use Pacifist to install it.

If nothing else works, try downloading "Tex-Edit Plus", a shareware text editor. You can find it here:
