Accidently deleted themes folder, now I cant find it

Ok so I installed a new theme, and while I was in WinSCP I accidently deleted the whole themes folder. So I had to uninstall the theme and reinstall it again. The problem is I cant find the folder in WinSCP anymore, its not there even though the theme is on my phone again. How do I find this folder again because I want to customize some of the app icons? Any ideas?

actually I tried that too and it still did not work, seems weird, the theme is installed fine on my phone but i cant seem to find the folder
