Accidently left SIM card in 3G and sold on CL.

I restored the phone. As far as I could tell there was no data on it. I checked my apps, notes, emails etc and all were blank.

Is there anything I need to worry about? I upgraded to 3 GS and have the same phone #.

So the guy I sold the phone to wants to use it on another network. and said he was going to unlock it.

My question is am I in any sort of danger with him having my old SIM card left in the iphone? can he access my account or anything like that?? Or worse yet, can he just activate the phone and use my minutes?

If you upgraded to a 3GS, then the old SIM card was deactivated when you activated your new one. So you should be fine.

Once a Sim card has been deactivated, it can not be reactivated. Also, if someone sold me an Original iphone, I would pray for the sim that was used in that phone came with it or I could have it. read this article.
