Account not in this store

Hello, i ditched my iphone 6 and bought an iphone 6S and restored all my data using cloud in an UAE account since i live in the UAE. Now i tried to change the country to US since i want to download US apps like pokemon go. SO i changed the region to US successfully but when i try downloading some apps i get the message "Account not in this store. Your account is not valid for use in the US store. You must switch to the Emirati store before purchasing". I tried signing out and signing in still same problem.....can anyone help?

You need to provide an email address or credit card details (or both) to the US store that show you are based in the US, not the UAE. Otherwise it will not allow you to download for the US store.
