Hey everyone!

2 weeks ago, I went to preorder the new iPhone and was given this lovely message....

"We're sorry. The AT&T account you have is a business account. Please contact your company's telecom manager or AT&T account manager to complete your iPhone purchase."

My account is NOT a business account. I'm in a family account and somewhere along the way, it was mistakenly changed into a biz account. After dealing with AT&T multiple times, it finally got switched over to personal.

I'm fully eligible to upgrade on AT&T's website/instore however they obviously have no phones, while Apple Store 5 minutes away has plenty. Would love to just go over there but their website/instore keeps reading the above message.

I've spoken to AT&T about this and they still say it's an Apple problem as it's good in their system.

I've spoken to Apple in store and on phone, both have said this is an AT&T issue and their servers need to be updated to show correct information about my account type.

Clearly I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place.

Need your help...any ideas?
