Our graphic design/marketing agency is searching for accounting and scheduling software suggestions. Preferably one software that does both but curious what others in the field are using. Any insights are appreciated.

You should probably mention for which country you want this. Whereever you live is not the only place on Earth and accounting software must meet local laws.

My advice would be to contact your accountant and ask what software they use. I have found that many, at least in the United States, like and use QuickBooks. This will allow for much easier coordination.
There are several agency-centric software/services that do BOTH accounting and scheduling. They tend to be expensive, overly complicated, and rarely meet anyone's needs completely because they try to cater to everyone.
