I have looking at finance apps for a friend and I really can not find anything that meets her needs. She uses Billing to bill customers and track invoices for design jobs. The problem is she needs to track all her general expenses easily throughout the year for tax reasons.
Currently she is using a spreadsheet but I thought there would be an application that would let her manage her main account and paypal transactions and then production a report :
INCOME
CAT1
All the trans
Etc
EXPENSES
CAT1
All the Trans
etc
I have found one for her (Money) that looks nice but there doesn't seem to be a way of creating a report like above. It can not group the transactions by category.
I assumed given the number of freelancers on Mac there would be a small business app perfect for this ?
