accuracy of GPS with Apple Watch Ultra v. iPhone

I started using GPX Trackers for tracking GPS coordinates and making logs. The app has an option for using the iPhone or Apple Watch for the GPS coordinates. Which one is more accurate for GPS coordinates? In this case, I'm using the Ultra (or Ultra 2 soon).
