Having a problem with my ACD 30" will try my best to explaine this, on the back of the monitor is a power cord with a USB and Firewire cable that plugs into the back of the main board, with the USB and Firewire plugged in on start up the monitor is just a blank screen if I unplug the firewire and usb cables it will show a display, this has been going on since day 1 just trying to see if someone here has seen this problem and knows the fix.
Thanks

Try checking for broken pins on either of the cables, this happened to mine last week, I sent it in yesterday and it'll arrive back here tomorrow. The fault was one of the pins in the DVI connector, it was bent.

Cables

Are you refering to a broken pin on the USB or Firewire cable or the DVi cable, and did you have to send the monitor in for the repair.
Thanks
