ACD Concept

No, Kidding.

I did have a little concept however, that sounds very apple.

When I look at the current ACDs i see one thing wrong. The huge foot. How could they fix this? Make it smaller? No, that won't work, because the display will fall right over, and the grand you spent is in pieces on your lap. So how could we do this? We use the same technology that has been around for centuries that apple already uses, Magnets. If the Stand is made of metal, then a magnet can be placed under the desk to anchor the Display.

I know it seems pretty radical, but it would give a nice effect, save up room, and even help sturdy the display even more.

I'm still trying to work around metal desks though... and hard drives...

A magnet would work well if Aluminum was magnetic at all. Considering the foot of the iMac is Aluminum it would stand to reason that the foot of the new ACD's would be as well.

I don't have an ACD but I have an iMac and I really don't think the foot is a problem.

what if you dont have any space below the shelf your display is on? Personally all the space below my display is rackspace and its all full. would i not be able to buy an imac or a cinema display?

Haha good idea. How about the foot of the display is actually on top (would this make it a head?) and its really long so you can mount it to the ceiling. That would save lots of desk space.
