Acer H233 23" HD display for MBP?

Hihi, i've been browsing monitors for a few months now on and off and I think i've finally settled on one. I am comfortable in the price range being a college student and all and from what testimonials i've seen on NewEgg, it seems like a solid screen.

Has anyone on here had a chance to use a screen such as this? Or perhaps has any suggestions for better screens with a similar price range? Any kind of input would be appreciated tbh

I have an Acer 19" widescreen and it's a decent panel. It's nothing spectacular, but for the $159 I paid a couple years ago, it does just fine.
