So I have two accounts setup on my mbp. One is called Home and the other called Work. I have a file I like both accounts to read/edit and it resides with the Home user account. I have given both users to read/write permissions, but once I give do that, the other user loses edit access to it. So in essence, if I give Home account write access, the write access for Work account is lost. Vice versa.
