Hello everyone...

I was wondering if there is a way to find the photos on MAC HD.

I want to upload photos from my computer to deviantart. I also want to be able to upload pictures from computer to yahoo mail. With out having to select the ones i want from Iphoto and drag them on the desktop.

any ideas of who to go about finding the directory where the photos are stored?

iphoto version 8.1.2 (part of ilife 09)

iPhoto Library contents are enclosed in a container, default location:
User > iPhoto Library

To access the raw data from the container, control+click or "secondary" click the iPhoto Library, select "Show Package Contents."

Explore that directory. Good luck.

Thanks for you help.

I did try it but it doesn't work...so i just exported them to the desktop....taking up space on HD....@_@....

Today I'm going to burn them on DVD or CD we will see.

no..but thanks :(

I liked before when I could go into the directory from MAC HD. that way you are not creating duplicates of images. I think that was iphoto 8 wasn't it?

or maybe 6...I can't remember it's been a while since I bought my macbook....
