Achievements not posting to Activity app

Anyone notice achievements not posting in the Activity app on iPhone? Have to reboot iPhone each time for them to appear. Noticed this behaviour since upgrading to iOS 12 and watchOS 5.

Anyone else?

It can take up to two days till the achievements show up on the iPhone.

Ok thanks. I know there is an Apple Support article which suggests 9 x days at times but under iOS 11 and watchOS 4, achievements would appear right away the moment they were earned.
