I was doing some programming today with Project Builder, messing around with creating files and I accidentally overwrote my Documents folder with a single text file. I thought I had turned on the option to not overwrite anything, but I guess it didn't work.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to recover the Documents folder with everything intact? I have had Norton Utilities FileSaver on for quite a while, but it doesn't seem to register any of those files.

Any other utilities that could work after the fact? To my knowledge, I'm probably out of luck if FileSaver doesn't work, but maybe I'm wrong.

Just a note: I'm not terribly concerned about this because I haven't really saved anything into the Documents folder recently that I can recall, and I have a backup from last September which should be sufficient for most things.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
