Acquisition p2p problems

Hi there. I have been searching the net for quite some time and I came to the conculsion that acquisition is one of the best p2p applications so I am using it. I decided also to buy the pro version for better results but since I made the payment no answer from them, no serial and no email the last 2 days. Anyone with similar experinces? suggestions?
