The developer has but put A LOT of work into acquisiton making it a really nice (macos x) app. The developer deserves to get rewarded with something for all his time and effort he put into acquisition, also there is MORE to p2p then just copyrighted material...

Its called shareware, if you don't like it don't pay for it, you get a message every 45 min asking you to, hit later and there is no problem.
