Action Cam app with delay function

Hey all

Hope someone can help me.

I’m a volleyball coach, and I’m looking for a system where I on my Ipad can see what happened 3-5 seconds ago in the match.

I’m thinking of an app that can connect with an action cam via wifi (wifi built into the action cam). Then the action cam should send real-time video to the Ipad, and on the Ipad (in the app) I should be apple to set a delay time, so what I’m seeing on the Ipad, is what happened 3-5 seconds ago in the match.

Does that app exist?
