Found while looking thru Cydia... Action Menu "Voice" gives you a popup to do more than select all, cut, copy and paste. It also add "Voice." When selected the highlighted text will be read to you.... Something I think should be built into a "smart" phone... Great for reading long emails/ notes/ text. This seems to work easier than the built in(three Home button press)Accessibility version.
