activate a factory-unlocked 3G on iOS4.0?

Hello, i have a factory unlocked iphone 3G running on 3.1.2.....i plan to upgrade to iOS4.0 with a complete restore when it comes out on monday. I wish to know if i can activate it immediately using iTunes after the upgrade?

Yes, just insert any SIM card and connect to iTunes.
