I have a hactivated iPhone . it is jailbroken but not unlocked because there is no tool to unlock the baseband 04.12.01 and i guess there will never be (-.-)

So is there anyway i can activate those features ? i tried the SAM but i think its only for both jailbroken and unlocked phones.
any idea?
