Activate iOS 5 with Jailbreak? (Quick Question)

I have an iPhone 4 that I just upgraded to iOS 5. I don't use a SIM with it at the moment so I can't activate the phone.

So I was wondering if by jailbreaking I can actually use the phone just with WiFi?
