iPhone 6(S)/Plus Activate iPhone 6 without SIM

Bought a used iPhone 6 from CL. Not iCloud locked or anything and it checked out and I bought it .I reset it and now it needs a sim to get past the activation screen .It's on 10.3.3 .it's there a way to bypass this with a jailbreak or something?

Get a working SIM from another phone you have and pop it in to activate. You need a SIM to activate.

It can even be a SIM that was turned off or out of service. Any SIM that will fit.
