Activate iphone without sim card

i got this iphone and its not activated i dont have any orange (uk) sim card ..i m not in uk so Is there any other way to active iphone without sim card ..if any one knows about it plz help...Thanks!!

iPhone without a sim card is an iPod touch.

You cannot.
If its locked to a specific carrier then it will need a sim from that network to activate and let you into the homescreen.
If the iphone is unlocked you can activate it with any gsm sim.
