It depends on how it was ordered. Is it "Connect your own Later"? Was the phone that is ready for pick up ordered as a carrier plan?

Yes, it was ordered as a Tmobile phone for a specific number. Now I am considering another number in the same account. Don’t want to cancel and reorder as local availability is very limited.
