Hello,

I just recently got the Apple Watch Series 4 with Cellular. I am trying to activate it via the Watch app and I am in the AT&T NumberSync page. When I log in, I see the message "Loading...it may take up to 30 seconds for this action to be complete" for about 5+ minutes. I then get an error that the connection failed.

AT&T has had very long wait times the last few days. Is there something obvious I am not doing on my devices? I tried it disconnected from my wireless and using my home wireless.

Is there another way to do this without going through the watch app? Is this a known issue? I did not see anything about it when I searched for it.
 
Now it’s taking me to a blank page with the AT&T logo at the top right.
 
I was having the same issue and fixed it by unpairing and repairing the watch to my iPhone. I also updated both devices as well. Worked perfectly after that.
