Activating ecg app in unsupported country

Hi,
I bought apple watch s5 - 44mm from Turkey and i would like to use ecg functionality, is there anyway round to activate it ?

ecg is no supported in turkey, i do not have it installed on the watch.

iphone 8 bought from france. I am located in turkey

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;
1. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
2.the government of the country in which you reside.
