Something that didn't come to mind until I thought about activating 3GS last year. So I preordered with $599, assuming that it is no contract. How does ATT know that I'm activating with no contract? I remember seeing a page where I have to agree to 2 more yrs of contract when I activated 3GS last year. How would I be able to bypass that since iTunes will not know I paid no contract price?
