Activating on another phone number.

Basically the iPhone was ordered on my AT&T number for my cousin. The cousin is in another state. Tried activating the phone today after it was delivered and it showed my phone number on activation screen.

I was wondering if there was a way to activate the phone on her AT&T sim/number without deactivating my current simcard.
