Activation down?

I've been trying to activate my shiny new phone for 40 minutes with no luck.

Anyone else?

It's been a while since I activated one so I may have messed up. I went through all the steps and I have Verizon at the top and my contact info is in the phone. But my messages are going to the old phone and my phone calls are getting routed through Verizon. So not sure what's going on.

1 hour now. I'm starting to thing something is wrong with my phone!

Have you tried shutting down and restarting?

I got on with Verizon chat and they fixed the issue. Were you able to figure it out?

My phone isn't activating either. But it does say to wait at least 2 hours.
