ACTIVATION problems 3G

Hi
I have some problems activating my 3G
I have FW 4.0.1
I have activated with a phone-book-card
Installed Cydia and unlocked with redsn0w
When I then insert my original sim-card - it ask for activation again.
Activate through iTunes??
When I then take out the sim-card I can use the telefone again, but off-course without signal. (only as ipod)

What am I doing wrong??

Sounds like Redsn0w hacktivated the phone.
Is the phone factory unlocked ?
If so, you need to jailbreak without hacktivation as hacktivation screws up the factory unlock.

The iphone has been jailbroken direct on the Iphone with jailbreakme.com
So Redsn0w is not "involved"
Any suggestion?

Well your 1st post says you used Redsn0w (although Redsn0w jailbreaks and not unlocks) ?
Go figure ?

If you ran the Redsn0w tool over top of Jailbreak.me, that could be the problem
