Ok so I have a line due for upgrade in September 2015. If I add a phone to my plan for the $199 can I just pay the $350 cancelation fee to end the contract on that phone then activate new phone on original line 1 plan?
Do I need to activate the phone on line 2(new) or can I just put line 1 sim into new phone ?
 
Well I am answering my own question, I did exactly what I i had posted and it works
