Active thru AT&T or iTunes?

So once my iPhone 4 arrives from AT&T what is the best way or the right way to activate it? Thru the activation link site I got from AT&T email or thru iTunes?:confused: Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think the phone will make you plug it into iTunes before you can use it anyway, so you might as well do that.
