Active vs Move calories way out

Hi all,

My move calories and active calories are way out. I did a 45 min walk earlier and this is what I’m seeing below...

can anyone help? It’s driving me mad!

I haven't got any active energy or resting energy data since WatchOS 7 back in Sept.

Cant find any answers on how to fix it either
