I have a mac pro early 2008 i have a problem with some games that when i open it the window is totally black only if i move it became active and correct.
I'm afraid of my gpu (nvdia 8800 gt)

i have also see that for example safari on first star up needs 3-4 jump before open.is it normal?

excuse me i'm italian.


the second part is:

i have another problem, completely different from the first: some apps, safari ,for example, is very slow to open the first time (3-4 jump of the icon).


but the most important for me is the first problem.please help.

Are you up to date with version 10.5.5? If not, do the software update.

Yes im 10.5.5 all my software is update.i have only a videocard.

i solve it.It is the prgram shades that make this problem!
