Hi,

Does the iPhone store ActiveSync logs anywhere?

I've configured a connection to our exchange server which works. It complained that it couldn't verify the certificate but carried on.

No mail arrives on my iPhone. Where do I start?

Thanks

If you're the admin of the Exchange box, take a look at the IIS logs. First make sure logging is on first of course. You can find the location of where they're stored under the Properties of the website. Usually they're under \Windows\System32\LogFiles in one of the W3SV folders.

Once you open up a log file, you should be able to search for an iPhone string if it's successfully connecting.
