I recently reset my iPhone 4, after which I can't get ActiveSync to work again with Hotmail.

When I follow the steps describede here (and many other places): http://www.iphonehacks.com/2010/08/...d-touch-for-push-email-calendar-contacts.html
what happens if I open the Mail app is that only the inbox folder is showing, and it's empty, even though there are actually several unread email in the inbox when I acces it on the pc. When I receive a new email it doesn't show up on the iPhone either.
Also, there are no options anywhere to slect what folders I want to sync.

I was able to set it up with POP: http://iphone.dashhacks.com/node/12714 but that's not what I want, because there are no folders besides the ibox, and emails already read on the pc keep showing as unread on the iPhone.

I know I had it set up right before the reset, just can't figure out how I did it, if it wasn't the way it says at iphonehacks.com.

What could be the problem?

By the way, I also have a problem with calendar syncing (can't delete calendar events) after resetting, but I have no idea if that's a related issue or not.
