Activities circle

Hello,

i made some exercises and after that i deleted them.
Cirles from activities are still with these exercises. It looks like i did something but I wish to delete it.
Is it possible?
I wish i had no activities in circles today cause i deleted it. Green circle is weird, how to reset it?

You can’t delete it. It resets itself at midnight.,

I was under the impression that the rings sync some time after manually entering and/or deleting exercises in the Health App, at least that‘s what I have seen. Badges you may receive due to manual entries will stay though….
