Hey everybody!

I'm using 1 TB Segate External Desktop Drive (model: ST310005EXD101-RK). recently i bought a macbook pro, and ever since i can't copy anything from my mac to the driver, only from pc. i was looking all over the web and couldn't find anything safe and simple to do. PLEASE help me find the right way to modify the driver to the mac.

Thanks

How is the External formatted? OS X only READS NTFS formatted drives!

If you want to keep it NTFS (I don't know why) then use something like NTFS Mounter or NTFS-3G.

If you want Windows Vista or 7 read Mac OS Extended formats just MacDrive . I use this on my BootCamp Windows 7 partition and is works great and has great support from the developers.

I've used NTFS-3G on several systems and never had any problems. I probably wouldn't use it for 'mission critical' type stuff, but for normal use I think its perfectly acceptable.
