I'm motivated by the active calories. I want to get the achievement for a consecutive week of reaching my goal.
no one should have ALL of them yet... as some take a month to a year to achieve....
i think they're fun! i enjoy getting a new one.... notsomuch seeing that i earned the same one over and over....
I wouldn't say it's motivating me, but it's definitely fun to get them or try to get them.
....and then there will likely be more.
Also I keep getting Longest Move Streak every day.

Lol I'll run around in a circle at 11:50pm to reach my goal if I have to.
Been keeping records for years and I had 50 months of burning 15,000 plus kcal a month. On mid month I dropped an open computer case on my foot requiring stitches. While being stitched up I asked the Dr. if I could run. He smiled and said I could start tomorrow. That ended the streak. Good news is I'm now back up to 45 months. This is what I mean by life's curve balls. I couldn't have limped in a circle the next day.
