Activity App Broken

Anyone else experiencing the activity app as unusable with 7/7.0.1? Worked fine since the update but yesterday it stopped. Erased the watch, same thing.

Yes. It only records runs or walks and even then the maps don’t show. No other workouts(strength training, etc), show on the activity app.

Not what I am asking. the app doesn't work period. You select your rings and it goes totally black nothing nadda.

series 5 Same problem here since the first last update Lol I updated to 7.0.1 and same problem but Right now seems to be resolved by force restart twice by
press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

yeah doesn't work on either of our series 4 watches. Irritating been on hold with support for over an hour, and they called me. I use the activity app everyday

I highly suggest using an app called “WorkOutDoors.” It is superior to the stock fitness app or any other fitness app, in my opinion. It will log your info.

It's been working fine for me. I'm using a AW Series 6.

Just confirmed with Apple this is a known issue. The solution for now is to unpair watch, erase iPhone. Restore phone from backup, re-pair watch... resolved.... Well that sucks.

If the device is in good condition they don’t have excuses to blame you and they are forced to do a diagnostic test for battery life and replace the device but with the current situation no idea about appointments on the Apple store

but definitely the last update messed up everybody’s devices performance

Not going to an Apple store right now with COVID. However I did erase my Apple Watch but when I re-paired it with my phone did not restore from a backup, did it as a new watch. The Activity App is now working. Let's see how long it lasts
