Ok so I’m unsure if this is an Apple Watch or iPhone issue, but after updating to iOS 11.4 and watchOS 4.3.1, the Watch continued tracking my activity but the Activity app didn’t calculate an actual calorie burn or stand hours, and doesn’t even show ‘0’ except on June 2nd where it showed ‘0’. The following day however, was normal. Is there anyway to fix this? I was a month shy of going a whole year reaching my Activity goal.

The data is likely lost. I would actually suggest calling Apple because if there is a chance of recovering that data it much easier to lose it. Since the watch syncs its activity to the phone and restores sync it back any chance the data is still on the watch would be wiped.

Did something you do trigger it to start working again? Reset? etc.

No offense but I feel your move goal is likely arbitrary anyway. While it would be cool to complete it for a year its a hollow victory if you have it set so low its just a indicator you wore the watch. I'm saying this to help you justify the loss of the data, personally I dont care and apologize if that isn't true (just judging from the exercise and stand).
