When I open the activity app to view my rewards, it’s just stuck on a spinning wheel. Happening to anyone else?

iPhone X; Nike Apple Watch Series 4.

The only thing I can remotely think is the hiccup is the genius or whatever name apples staff go by now didn’t let my stuff sync and wiped my previous series 3 watch.

Tried a restart of iPhone and watch, nothing.

I’m going to be beyond ill if I lose all of my awards from 2+ years :mad:

Try turning off the health tab under iCloud. Restart. Turn health back on. Restart. And see if that worked. That will trigger the phone to reload your health data from iCloud.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no cigar.

I noticed yesterday I didn’t receive any achievements like “7 day workout week”, “perfect stand week” etc. even though I’ve cleared them all but I received those notifications for Apple Watch friends etc. So I wonder if the error is on the watch or the iPhone? I still receive daily updates for clearing my rings.

Try restarting your iPhone then Un-Pair and then Re-Pair your Apple Watch.

Also since you say Nike it must be a new Watch. Did you Un-Pair your last Apple watch before Paring the Nike? If so it may take a couple of days for all the iCloud Health/Fitness data to repopulate.

After trying everything mentioned in this thread, numerous chats with apple and no solution from their engineers, it appears either WatchOS 5.1 or iOS 12.1 have fixed the issue for me!

Unfortunately now I’m in the same boat as others who can’t see their special awards. But I’ll admire for now, it’s better to have some functionality and be able to see my awards (and hopefully restore my streaks) again.

iOS 12.1 and/or WatchOS 5.1 restored the Limited Edition awards for me today that were missing.

Are they still at the top like they used to be? I haven’t seen this screen in what feels like so long. This is what I can see of my Awards screen, but no Special Awards.

I’m guessing mine might show up next update if today’s software release(s) remedied my initial issue.

Between "Competitons" and "Monthly Challenges."

By the way, congrats on the "Victory over mom." If she's anything like mine, she turns on the workout to vacuum the house.

Yes, mine are definitely gone (temporarily, fingers crossed).

And my Mother is super competitive, so I know where I get it from!
