My activity on my watch 6 and phone 11 pro max (both fully updated) keep displaying the wrong data and stop recording work done. A reset seems to fix them for a small amount of time but then they revert

anyone else seeing this?

I have a watch 5 and an iPhone 8 Plus and fitness has not been working at all for me since watchos 7 / iOS 14. My phone shows no activity and watch displays “loading” on the complication and a black screen when opening fitness
