Okay fitness experts, is this calorie count within the realm of possibility for 50 minutes of intense weight training and 20 minutes of HIIT? It seems quite high to me. If it isn't accurate, around how much have you found it to be off?

With a sustained 150bpm I burn about 12 active calories a minute. So yes, that seems high.
