Is this normal?

After updating to 3.2 beta 6, my watch was connected to my phone but really it wasn't. I was unable to get "About" info or check for updates. The watch app would spit out an error. Also, no notifications were coming through.

So I unpaired and repaired and restored from a backup I made not 20 mins before the process began. Ever since then, I was finally able to get notifications and proper connection again after numerous reboots, but the activity data is frozen.

I downloaded beta 6 earlier today so the activity data worked fine all afternoon. It was only after the restore where the activity data has been frozen. Is this normal on a restore? I've been at 494 cals and 13 stands for hours now. Should have registered new data since the restore. Will it fix itself after midnight when it resets?
